Marco

Marko Stjepandic

Vice President

Marko Stjepandic has worked on buy- and sell-side transactions, specialising in residential and commercial real estate. He has gained experience in various types of real estate transactions, ranging from development projects to joint ventures and traditional acquisitions of existing properties. ​

Previously, he was part of the Swiss Capital Advisors team at CBRE in Zurich, focusing on Private Debt. He also gained real estate experience in Private Equity and M&A transaction advisory experience at Ernst & Young in Basel and Zurich. ​

Marko holds an MA in Economics from the University of St. Gallen. Prior to that, he worked for over 5 years in an architecture office as a high-construction draftsman.​

Jonathan van Gelder

Member of the Board

Jonathan van Gelder is an entrepreneur and seasoned real estate transaction professional. He holds a federal diploma as mechanical engineer and real estate trustee.

He was co-founder and CIO of Akara Funds AG, which has been acquired by Swiss Prime Site. Moreover, he is co-founder of brickvalue AG, a real estate boutique in the field of developments and club deals. For several years how, he has been President of the Sikna Foundation in Zurich and consultant for family offices. His key areas of expertise include the strategic orientation of real estate investment funds and the structuring of real estate products.

Céline Schürer gained valuable real estate experience as part of the Real Estate M&A Team at CBRE in Zurich. Focusing on sell-side advisory, she worked on transactions of various properties and portfolios across Switzerland.

With a focal point on commercial assets, the transactions ranged from office buildings to complex shopping centers and were sold individually or as portfolios spanning both German- and French-speaking regions.

Neil Berdugo has more than 15 years of experience in the real estate industry. After graduating with a BBA from Webster University in Geneva, he worked in real estate funds in London and Paris.

Later, he co-developed and co-invested in a real estate portfolio in the French-speaking part of Switzerland, including residential, commercial and logistics assets, totaling nearly CHF 800M.

Having structured and invested in various club deals for development and building acquisitions, he established himself as an investment and development specialist for “Leman Real Estate“.

Robin Müller, with 15 years of industry experience, has firmly established himself as a real estate expert in the Swiss market.

His expertise lies in managing large transactions, leveraging an interdisciplinary approach to transaction structuring and project management, providing a solid foundation for comprehensive investment advisory.

Previously, Robin led the Swiss Capital Advisors Team at CBRE, where he secured complex financing solutions for a wide range of property types. Before that, as Co-Head of CBRE’s Swiss Real Estate M&A Team, he helped build the team and achieved a notable track record, completing transactions exceeding CHF 6 billion. Throughout his career, Robin has played a key role in landmark real estate transactions and the successful implementation of complex financing strategies.

Sandro Votta, with two decades of experience in finance and real estate, has specialised in mortgage loan consultancy over the past ten years. After spending several years in Geneva, he relocated to Zurich in 2012, cultivating a vast network across Switzerland.

As the co-founder of feyn, a mortgage broker firm, he is closely connected to the Swiss property market and has valuable firsthand knowledge.

Matthias Lehmann

Matthias Lehmann has over 20 years of experience in various roles within the real estate and banking industries.

Throughout his career, he focused on consulting in the areas of financing and interest rate hedging. Furthermore, he promoted the successful expansion and development of a debt advisory firm in Zurich.

Before joining the team, Matthias served as a Senior Manager in Banking Relations. Prior to that, he was Co-Head Financing at Avobis Advisory, where he led a team of 12 employees in Zurich and Geneva. His responsibilities included sourcing and structuring real estate and infrastructure financing.
